Developments continue to pop up in Nashville at an astounding rate. Everywhere you turn, there is construction in our city. Statistics show around 100 people move to Nashville each day, making the need for development prevalent. The city provides a range of new projects that will be started or even finished in the near future. Companies like Apple Music and Amazon project to make Nashville one of their homes.
So what are some of the newest developments?
Broadwest is a two tower, mixed-use, $500M project in Midtown with 55 stories. The developing company, Propst claims, “We are committed to building a world-class development with the quality and integrity reflective of Nashville.” The project will include office space, a luxury hotel, and luxury condominium units.
East Nashville is going to be home to Hunters Station, a proposed project by Fresh Hospitality restaurant group. The project includes a covered deck, a dog walk, outdoor dining and bocci ball court. The project is repurposing two buildings into a cluster of restaurants in the Five Points Neighborhood.
Finally, the Gulch Union is planning a three-phase project. Their first building is a 20-story office space called 1222 Demonbreun, and the next two are a luxury hotel and residential towers. Developers hope to expand the Gulch and improve the neighborhood even further.
So what can you look for in 2019? As no surprise, Nashville continues to become a bustling city as its amenities and attractions spike at an astonishing rate.
