THE WILSON GROUP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
A rental property can be a great financial investment. If done wisely, owning a rental property can generate a monthly income while it builds equity. Many people shy away from purchasing rental properties because they are intimidated by the perceived amount of time and effort they will have to invest in the rental. The good news is that The Wilson Group offers property management services along with their traditional real estate services. Partnering with an experienced and reliable property management company takes away the day-to-day hassles that come with being a landlord. The Wilson Group offers both full service management as well as placement only service. With the full service package, not only will they market your property for you, but they will also run credit and background checks on prospective tenants to find a good match. The Wilson Group uses an online portal to manage rent payments and generate monthly P&L statements. This ensures that you receive your payments quickly. They also handle the day-to-day management of the property itself using their trusted and affordable vendors. This also keeps you from having to field any late night repair calls from tenants! If you are more of a “do-it-yourselfer” the placement only service is a great option. With this option, The Wilson Group helps with the marketing and the application process (including background and credit checks). After they place a tenant, you would take over from there. If you are interested in talking through the ins and outs of purchasing an investment property, I’d love to help! Just give me a call.

I recently had the opportunity to visit my daughter who has been studying overseas in Florence, Italy. We started the trip with a quick weekend in Paris and then spent the rest of our time in Florence. If you have not visited, I highly recommend! And those of you who have visited, know what a treasure time in Italy is! We ate and walked and saw our way through the week. My husband was with us as well as our 14 year old daughter and my mother-in-law. Here is a picture of us in front of the Arno River. Cheers!
